Students coming to Utrecht via the Maui exchange program do not have to hand in an official language test.

REQUIRED MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CREDITS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE EXCHANGE
Minimum 22.5 – maximum 30 ECTS depending on the courses. Please note that if the early exit option is chosen, less credits are often awarded.
Normally UU students follow 30 ects per semester.

Students enroll before arrival. Sometimes it is possible to switch later but this is very different than in the U.S. Make sure you choose your courses carefully.

HKU Student an Academic Affairs organises a mandatory welcome day in the first week of September and the first week of February.
There are no costs involved.

Assistance is available, but we cannot guarantee housing.
HOUSING OPTIONS
HKU made arrangements with SSH, a student housing agency in Utrecht. At the Kruisstraat in Utrecht and the Warande in Zeist, there are a certain number of rooms reserved for exchange students.
