Choosing classes is part of the application process. Once an application is submitted and accepted, the student will be put in contact with an international student adviser.
REQUIRED MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CREDITS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE EXCHANGE
For both undergraduate & graduate:
Min = 12 credits (undergraduate) & 9 credits (grad)
Max = 16 credits (undergraduate)
15 credits is the most common.

In Advance: Students do not register themselves. We register them for their courses based upon their preferences and in working directly with the students.

By the end of November. Students will be registered for classes by the study abroad office. Material submissions are October 15th.

On-Campus Housing is provided to incoming exchange students and application materials are sent upon successful nomination. We make great efforts to ensure that housing on-campus is available.
HOUSING OPTIONS
On-campus dormitories plus apartments within walking distance of campus. Students can choose to pursue off campus and will be sent a general guide about housing in Chicago.
