Do students register for courses in advance or upon arrival?


In Advance: Students do not register themselves. We register them for their courses based on their application documents.

By the end of November. Students will be registered for classes through the study abroad office. Material submissions are due by October 15.

Is a language test certificate required? If so, is it required before admission or upon arrival?


English proficiency requirements are set by the admissions department. Current requirements can be found here.




Are there preparatory language courses for incoming students? If so, what are the dates and costs?


There is currently no such program available.




Are there any special advising or registration concerns that students should be aware of? Are services available to assist in registration or course selection?


Students must submit a completed health form and academic registration form (provided to them). The health form must be approved and cleared before they can be registered.
We register students for their classes based on the information they provide. Incoming students do not register themselves.

Student Life

Is housing assistance available? Is it guaranteed? How do students apply?


On-campus housing is provided to incoming exchange students and application materials are sent upon successful nomination.




What are the housing options?


On-campus dormitories are available plus apartments within walking distance of campus. Students can choose to pursue off-campus housing but will not be able to gain assistance from the office.

Do students apply for housing with their university application or is it seperate? Is there a deadline?


An application for housing is submitted with all other documents to the Study Abroad Office.




What kinds of health facilities are available at the university?

Are internships available?


Internships are not guaranteed, but services are available to students.




Are student jobs available and permissible?


This is conditional upon the terms of the individual's visa.
