    The application and course registration is consulted and processed between designated staff members at home and host institutions. Professors and course leaders are also involved in order to help students in finding the most appropriate classes for them.     Mentor system:
    ELTE offers incoming students a mentor service run by the Students Union. The mentors are student fellows who help incoming students before arrival and throughout their stay in Budapest. Mentors will contact students as soon as they send their application forms to ELTE, and can help them find accommodation, meet them at the airport, buy a Hungarian phone card etc. Students can also apply to have a mentor at This email address is being protected from spambots.
